Zadivljuju\u0107e imanje izgra\u0111eno je na prostranoj izuzetnoj parceli od 14.500 m2 sa zadivljuju\u0107im panoramskim pogledom od 360\u00b0 te okru\u017eeno netaknutom prirodom koja oduzima dah i potpunom privatno\u0161\u0107u. Pa\u017eljivo osmi\u0161ljen vanjski prostor sadr\u017ei prostranu terasu s blagovaonom i dnevnim boravkom, grijani infinity bazen, ljetnu kuhinju s ro\u0161tiljem. Glavni dio prizemlja je otvorenog koncepta koji sadr\u017ei kuhinju, atrij za doru\u010dak, blagovaonicu i prostrani dnevni boravak s kaminom. Glavni kat ima izravan pristup vanjskoj blagovaonici, bazenu i zabavnim sadr\u017eajima koji uklju\u010duju prostor za gospodski klub, vinariju i kuhinju.<\/p>\n

Unutarnje stepenice vode na gornji kat s \u010detiri spava\u0107e sobe s vlastitim kupaonicama, svaka s balkonom s nezaboravnim pogledom. Stubi\u0161te tako\u0111er vodi do spa zone s unutarnjim bazenom, saunom i teretanom. Dvije dodatne spava\u0107e sobe s vlastitom kupaonicom dostupne su s vanjskog stubi\u0161ta s druge strane posjeda. Spa sa saunom i bazenom pru\u017ea pogled na prekrasan krajolik koji okru\u017euje vilu.<\/p>\n

Gara\u017ea za dva automobila s dva EV punja\u010da, grijani vanjski infinity bazen s jacuzzijem i ku\u0107ica uz bazen s kaminom samo su neke od ostalih iznimnih karakteristika koje zaokru\u017euju izuzetnu ponudu vile.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Grijanje, hla\u0111enje i pripremu tople vode osigurava dizalica topline u kombinaciji sa solarnim kolektorima i solarnom elektranom. U svim sobama tako\u0111er postoji podno grijanje. Dodatno radijatorsko grijanje s mogu\u0107no\u0161\u0107u grijanja na struju predvi\u0111eno je za kupaonice i sanitarne prostore. Grijanje unutarnjeg i vanjskog bazena napaja se odvojenom dizalicom topline.<\/p>\n

Vilu je projektirao poznati hrvatski dizajner interijera \u010dija inspiracija dolazi iz prekrasnog istarskog sela.
