Osupljivo posestvo je zgrajeno na prostornem 14.500 m2 izjemnem zemlji\u0161\u010du z o\u010darljivim panoramskim 360-stopinjskim razgledom in obkro\u017eeno z dih jemajo\u010do neokrnjeno naravo in popolno zasebnostjo. Skrbno zasnovan zunanji prostor vklju\u010duje prostorno teraso z jedilnico in dnevnim prostorom, ogrevanim neskon\u010dnim bazenom, poletno kuhinjo z \u017earom. Glavni del pritli\u010dja je odprtega koncepta s kuhinjo, zajtrkovalnico, jedilnico in prostorno dnevno sobo s kaminom. Glavno nadstropje ima neposreden dostop do zunanje jedilnice, bazena in zabavnih vsebin, ki vklju\u010dujejo klubski prostor, vinsko klet in kuhinjo.<\/p>\n

Notranje stopni\u0161\u010de vodi v zgornje nadstropje s \u0161tirimi spalnicami s kopalnicami, od katerih ima vsaka balkon z nepozabnim razgledom. Stopni\u0161\u010de vodi tudi v spa center z notranjim bazenom, savno in telovadnico. Dve dodatni spalnici s kopalnico sta dostopni z zunanjega stopni\u0161\u010da na drugi strani objekta. Iz spa s savno in bazenom se razprostira pogled na \u010dudovito pokrajino, ki obdaja vilo.<\/p>\n

Gara\u017ea za dva avtomobila z dvema polnilnicama za elektri\u010dna vozila, ogrevan zunanji neskon\u010dni bazen z jacuzzijem in hi\u0161ka ob bazenu s kaminom so le nekatere od drugih izjemnih zna\u010dilnosti ki dopolnjujejo izjemno ponudbo vile.<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>Ogrevanje, hlajenje in pripravo tople vode zagotavlja toplotna \u010drpalka v kombinaciji s son\u010dnimi kolektorji in son\u010dno elektrarno. V vseh sobah je tudi talno ogrevanje. V kopalnicah in sanitarnih prostorih je predvideno dodatno radiatorsko ogrevanje z mo\u017enostjo elektri\u010dnega ogrevanja. Ogrevanje notranjega in zunanjega bazena poganja lo\u010dena toplotna \u010drpalka.<\/p>\n

Vilo je zasnoval znani hrva\u0161ki notranji oblikovalec, ki je navdih \u010drpal iz \u010dudovite istrske pokrajine.
