Villa is situated in a stunning area with panoramic views of the surroundings. The villa extends over three floors. The ground floor is dominated by a large open concept space consisting of a modernly designed kitchen complemented by a dining room with a large table and a spacious living room. The entire living area of the villa is extremely bright, which is due to the pastel colors that predominate in the interior as well as the large glass wall along its entire length. Glass doors connect the interior with the exterior, offering open views of the garden.
The exterior complements the interior perfectly. On the terrace there is a lounge area, a sauna, jacuzzi, and heated swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing area. The cultivated garden completely surrounds the terrace and the pool, and there is a children’s playground on it.
On the ground floor of the villa there is one bedroom with a bathroom, a playroom, a toilet and a storage room.
The staircase leads to the first floor of the villa where there are four bedrooms. One bedroom has a bathroom, and two covered terraces with a beautiful view. Two bedrooms also have access to a beautiful terrace. There is a bathroom on the same floor. On the top floor there is one bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and the heating is underfloor heating via heat pump.
Fully fenced yard immediately upon entering provides spacious parking area sufficient for several cars.
